Yes. All events created before the account system launched remain fully accessible using the original PIN. Creating an account lets you manage all your events from one dashboard and enables plan upgrades.
What happens to my events if my Corporate subscription lapses?
All events created during your subscription remain fully accessible indefinitely — scoring, leaderboards, and all paid features stay on. Only new events created after the lapse revert to the Free plan, until you renew.
Can I upgrade a specific event without subscribing annually?
Yes. Event Pro is a one-off payment for a single event — no subscription required. It's ideal for occasional corporate days or club championships where you need the full feature set.
Is the Golf Links Events brand removed on Corporate Plus?
Yes. White-label on Corporate Plus suppresses Golf Links Events branding throughout the app, letting you present the platform under your club or organisation's own identity.
